Symptom

Cannot find
ocx file / regsvr32 Usage filenam.ocx not an executable file and no
registration helper is registered for this file type.
Cause
Resolving The Problem
Copy the .ocx file fom <Windows Home>\System32 directory in a working client
(i.e. some other windows PC where the manifest or dashboard client is
installed) to the current one where the installation is failing.
Register
the ocx file as follows -
regsvr32 C:\WINNT\System32\filename.ocx
