  Stack Trace: N/A

  The JVM  do not terminate if the JMX Agent fails to start with
  IBM JDK, whereas the reference implementation (OpenJDK)
  terminates.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The JMX agent is triggered using a separate thread and hence the
   JVM continues to be alive even after the JMX agent failed with
  an exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to trigger the JVM agent from the main
   JVM thread so that the JVM terminates when the JMX agent
  failed.
