Local fix
Problem summary
The JIT compiler may optimize calls to Unsafe.copyMemory. In some cases the JIT compiler may not pass the parameters to the method in the correct order which results in the incorrect values being used for the memory copying, causing a crash.
Problem conclusion
The JIT compiler has been updated to parse the arguments in the correct order. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 6 R1 SR8 FP50 (6.1.8.50) 7 SR10 FP10 (7.0.10.10) 8 SR4 FP10 (8.0.4.10) 7 R1 SR4 FP10 (7.1.4.10) .
