Error description
The following error is displayed when deleting Requisition Line Items in Create requisition. BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown. Application effected ==================== Create Requisition (MR) L2 ACTION TAKEN ================== Reproduced in 7.6.0.7-IFIX20170412-1704 STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Login in as maxadmin 2. Go to Self Service --> Desktop Requisition ---> Create Requisition (MRNUM 1004) with non-stock item 3. Press CONTINUE --> in Requisition Line Items section --> Add a new Line Type = ITEM (DRIBBLE2/ Dribble 2 Wheel Fairing) Quaantity = 1 and Order Unit = EACH 4. PRESS CONTINUE --> and PRESS SUBMIT Requistion Submitted Desktop Requisition 1004 has been submitted. 5. Click View Details of MR=1004 ---> Click on HISTORY tab--> Check the status of the PR = 1035 which is automatically created. It should be status = WAPPR 6. Go to PR=1035 and Click on APPROVE PURCHASE REQUISITION 7. From PR = 1035 --> Create PO (Autonumber) --> PO= 1096 is created--> PRESS OK 8. Go to PO=1096 and APPROVE PURCHASE ORDER then CANCEL PO 9. Go to PR=1035 and CANCEL PR 10. Self Service --> Desktop Requisition ---> View Requisition (MRUM 1004) --> Click on HISTORY tab, You should see PR =1035 and PO= 1096 have CANCEL status. 11. Change the status of MRNUM = 1004 from WAPPR to DRAFT and Press OK 12. Go Self Service --> Desktop Requisition --> View Draft --> select 1004 and Click Create/Edit Requisition --> Click Continue 13. Delete Requisition Line Items (Line Type = ITEM (DRIBBLE2/ Dribble 2 Wheel Fairing) You get a message saying BMXAA2952I - Are you sure you want to delete requisition line 1? 14. PRESS YES --> You get the following error: BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown
