Error description
PROBLEM: Update Associated PM not updating the Use Last Work Order's Start Date to Calculate Next Due Date checkbox. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Create a new record in the Master PM application. Do NOT enter an item. 2. On the Frequency tab, select the Use Last Work Order's Start Information to Calculate Next Due Frequency checkbox. Frequency is 1 and Frequency units is Days 3. Save the record. Note the Master PM record number. 4. Go to the Asset templates application. Create a new record 5. Go to the PMs tab. Click the New Row button. Enter the same Master PM number to link the master PM to an Asset Template. 6. Change the status of the asset template to ACTIVE. Select Generate new Asset action 7. Enter a site. Enter quantity of 1, click Generate Assets button. Click OK. This should generate a PM. 8. Go to the PM application, click advanced search , search for the Master PM number. Click OK It ll return the associated PM record for Master 1002 9. Hyperlink to the master PM 1002. Clear the Use Last Work Order's Start Information to Calculate Next Due Frequency checkbox. Save the record. 10. Select the Update Associated PM action , select the same site, click OK 11. Click Return with Value to return to the associated PM 12. Go to the Frequency tab. The Use Last Work Order's Start Date to Calculate Next Due Date checkbox is still checked CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The Use Last Work Order's Start Date to Calculate Next Due Date checkbox on the associated PM is checked. EXPECTED RESULT: The Use Last Work Order's Start Date to Calculate Next Due Date checkbox should be de-selected on the associated PM. ADDITIONAL INFO: There are millions of PM records.
