DCS: VICS BOL print is printing multiple pages

Cause
Resolving The Problem
Customer is using VICS BOL and has set-up the BOL printing to use VICS BOL
(vics_bol_crtn.spec)
When they print out the VICS BOL it prints out on
multiple pages instead of one page.
The printer is set to use paper size A
(letter) which is US standard size.
When the printer is set to use paper
size A4 which is international size, the VICS BOL prints out all on one
page.
To Test this:
1) set-up VICS BOL printing (per the instructions
for VICS BOL under patch_releases/DCS/6.2/vics_bol on FTP site).
2)
Ensure printer is set to use Letter (A) sized paper.
3) Run 08BOL for a
shipper that has a BOL (this generates a reprint of a BOL).
The print
should now generate across multiple pages instead of a single
page.
Workaround is to set printer to use A4 as default paper.
