Local fix

• The property can be set globally once by using -Dline.separator
  property
  

Problem summary

• The issue has been introduced as part of APAR IV87263 which
  removed the check for "line.separator" system property during
  subsequent PrintWriter object initialization.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to bring back the check for
  line.separator.
