Error description
Upon deletion of PRLINE from the referencing PO it becomes unavailable. The PR status stays CLOSE and the PRLINE still refer to old PO Steps to Replicate Go to > Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions Create a new PR example: PR : PR1 Description : Test 1 Company : FSC Click on PR Lines Tab Create new row on the PR Lines section example: Item : EB12 Quantity : 2 Storeroom : Central Approve the PR. Create a new PR example: PR : PR2 Description : Test 2 Company : FSC Click on PR Lines Tab Create new row on the PR Lines section example: Item : 0-0048 Quantity : 2 Storeroom : Central Approve the PR. Go to Purchasing > Purchase Orders Create a new Record example: PO : PO1 Description : PO Test Click on Select Action > Copy PR Line Items To PO Filter on the Company where you created the PR Select the first PR (PR1) Change status of PO to APPR. Select Action > Revise PO > Reason : For test Click on PO Lines tab > delete the row of PO Lines > Save. Click on Select Action > Copy PR Line Items To PO Filter on the Company where you created the PR You will notice that the first PR (PR1) is not showing though it has been removed from the list Select the second PR created (PR2) Change status of PO to APPR. Go to > Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions on Find PR field, type in the first PR (PR1) The status is still closed and on the PO field is still referencing to the PO created though it has been deleted. EXPECTATION: The PR record should be in APPR status, should not be in closed status and should not referenced to the PO where it was deleted.
