Local fix

  • This issue can be worked around using the -Xnoaot option,
however this will likely increase JVM startup time

Problem summary

  • The JIT compiler failed to verify that class information was
successfully persisted when compiling a method for AOT purposes.

Problem conclusion

  • The JIT compiler has been updated to abort the compilation
attempt if the attempt to persist class information was
unsuccessful.

This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
   8    SR2       (8.0.2.0)
   7 R1 SR3 FP20  (7.1.3.20)
