System log shows SQLCODE: -911, SQLSTATE: 40001, SQLERRMC: 68 on restart after disaster system power off

Cause

Explanation:

SQLCODE : -911 The current transaction has been rolled back because of a deadlock or timeout. The current unit of work was involved in an unresolved contention for use of an object and had to be rolled back.

SQLSTATE : 40001 Deadlock or timeout with automatic rollback occurred

SQLERRMC: 68 transaction rolled back due to lock timeout

Resolving The Problem

Reinitialize the Sterling Control Center database or contact your database administrator to restore last consistent backup.
