Error Message: N/A . Stack Trace: N/A . The escape analysis optimization incorrectly does not detect that an old value held by an Integer object can escape into another iteration of a loop under specific conditions.
Local fix
This issue can be worked around by disabling the optimization on the specific method using the following option, -Xjit:{full/path/of/package/Class.method*}(disableEscapeAnalysis ) Note that this can affect performance.

The JIT compiler has been modified so that the Integer object has the correct value in these circumstances. .
