PLD Upload error YCS_ERRORCS0000 - SQLException SQL Error 17401 "Protocol violation"

Symptom

PART: Carrier Server 6.2 SP3 DCS

PLDUpload fails. No file is generated.

Cause

Resolving The Problem

If you get this error, there was likely a network/infrastructure issue during the running of whbu030 which left the system with corrupted data.

Try deleting the records for this manifest from YCS_MANIFEST_UPS_DTL and YCS_MANIFEST_UPS_HDR, using a SQL update to set the status of the manifest back to '02' (Closed), make sure it is the only open UPS manifest, and run whbu030 again. This should reprocess the insertion of records into the above YCS tables.
