Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when the JVM abort handler is invoked
  during JVM initialisation. This may occur when an assert is
  triggered or when an abort signal is received.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM abort signal handler has been updated to prevent the
  crash from occurring
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     8    SR1 FP10  (8.0.1.10)
     7 R1 SR3 FP10  (7.1.3.10)
