Shipper creation gives Oracle Err SqlCode -1756

Symptom

PART: Outbound 6.2 DCS

WEB BROWSER: Internet Explorer - 5.5 sp2

Cause

Resolving The Problem

Execute the following sql statement:

select * from lpm_request_hdr;

From the output of this query check if there are special characters such as single quotes, or ampersands etc If there are special characters, then find the orders and cancel them. Junk the existing faulty records of lpm_request_hdr. Re-download the orders from the host after correcting the field that had special characters. Run wh136 if lpm_request_hdr records were not generated and then run wh120. The shippers will be created.
