COM PCA: Exchange Order invoice is not seen for Advanced Exchange Orders
Answer
When the Return Order is Cancelled and the payment APIs are run on the Exchange Order, the invoice for the Exchange Order is not seen on the Exchange Order Payment Details screen in COM.
This was a defect in the product. The defect was fixed and delivered as a part of SSCAP version 7.11 HF 80 to address the issue for the Advanced Exchange Order scenario. For more details on the fix, please refer to the release notes for version 7.11.
