Case Insensitive Search: Data Loader agent does not populate data in shadow columns

SMCFS version 8.5
The following steps need to be performed to
ensure data loader agent populates data in shadow columns:
- The appropriate entity xml needs to be modified (section titled Enabling Case Insensitive Searches of the Extending the Database customization guide provides more information on this)
- Re-build the entities.jar
- Re-build the resources.jar
- Re-build and re-deploy the EAR
- Run the data loader agent to populate the data in shadow columns
