Local fix
Set explicitly com.ibm.commerce.foundation.logging.AdminLogger=off to turn off the logger.

USERS AFFECTED: All versions of WebSphere Commerce. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Admin Logger is enabled automatically on the WC server when using the default trace level BUSINESS IMPACT: Extra admin.log files exist on the file system. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
Updated the trace level of AdminLogger to run at FINER instead of INFO on the WC side. No change to the AdminLogger that runs on the Search server.
