Error description
When you use a CSR account to submit a new Guest Order in WebSphere Commerce Accelerator (Operations > Place Guest Order), the guest shopper might not receive an OrderReceived email confirmation after the order is received. An email confirmation is not sent because the OrderReceived action looks at the selfAddress column of the ADDRESS table. Since a guest shopper does not have an applicable selfAddress=1 entry in the ADDRESS table, an email is not sent.

PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Guest users do not receive emails from orders that are submitted by CSRs through WebSphere Commerce Accelerator BUSINESS IMPACT: Guest users do not receive an order confirmation email if a CSR purchases on behalf of a shopper through WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. Problem conclusion
The selfaddress column was designed for registered user only. Therefore, code was updated to not evaluate the selfaddress column when retrieving the guest shopper address.
