You encounter the following error "The maximum number of products that can be compared is 4. Please refine your selection." but you selected 4 or less products to compare. This error occurs if you previously completed a comparison between other products. The product IDs that you chose to compare are not reset in the cookie after a new search is performed. For example, assume you search for a term such as 'dress', and then select 4 products to compare. You then search for a term such as 'shoes' and then try to compare 4 shoes. You will encounter the error.
