Error description
Shoppers might encounter an error during order submission. You might notice a Virtual Memory Manager (VMM) EntityNotFoundException in your log files. This issue occurs because of a query failure from the WebSphere Commerce server to the Websphere Application server by VMM API when looking for a member by it's unique id. The VMM code sets the transaction to rollback when the entity is not found.

Problem conclusion
Add transaction section in VMM query code, so that even if there are issues during VMM searching, it will only affect VMM query itself and does not break the whole transaction.
