Error description
If you import or export a process app or toolkit from one IBM Process Center to another, smart folders duplicate. Each time the process is repeated, the number of smart folders doubles. Smart folders are associated with a particular user and process app. When you import smart folders, Process Center might not recognize that the folder already exists becuase the user's reference IDs are not be the same in separate environments. A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that that changes the smart folder comparison import code to not look at the ID of the user who created it. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR53349: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR53349, and click Continue. A fix is also available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2. To obtain, follow the instruction above, substituting the installed version with 7.5.1.2. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
