if a catalog filter is assigned to two contracts and an user changes the catalog filter for one of the two contracts and then change it back, all entries with the same catalog filter are being updated instead of just the specific contract entry in the EXPRESSION table

Problem conclusion
1. Find all associated expression record by trading_id and update trading_id to null. 2. Find if there is any record associated with the specified catalog filter, if found any record there is no trading_id, then update trading in this record. If did not found any expression with the specified catalog filter, just call catalog fitler service to populate one.
