Error description
When you logon as a buyer admin, and then proceed to use the buy on behalf of option with another user, and then leave it idle so the logon timeout limit is reached, and then try to do something like click the my account page, it throws an access control error.
Local fix
1. For admin users, when sets "run as user", do the business actions right after, and then restore the original user after business actions have been done for that "run as user". 2. When ever there is such problem, close the browser, and open again.

USERS AFFECTED: Admin who enables "run as user" and meets a logon timeout. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: The session timeout triggers the logoff, but the become user is not allowed to execute the logoff command. BUSINESS IMPACT: There is infinite loop that causes the store page always loading. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
A fix that will automatically invoke the RestoreOriginalUserSetInSessionCmd command before LogOffCmd.
