JR52146: ARTIFACT BECOMES UNSAVED WHEN SCRIPT EDITOR LOSES THE FOCUS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Artifact becomes unsaved when script editor loses the focus.
  
  When visibility script editor loses focus by clicking on
  something in another view of Process Designer, or by alt-tab to
  another window, artifacts become unsaved. This also happens if
  any window pop-ups.
  
  Also in Process App Settings, Environment tab: Tab around in the
  table, artifacts become unsaved.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Loss of focus caused the editor to set a dirty marker within the
  editor, as if data/script was changed, and a save was needed to
  persist the changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that introduces
  correct checking of whether data has changed when the
  script entry field loses focus. The fix for this APAR
  on V8.5.5.0 has been superseded and included in cumulative fix
  for JR52137.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR52137:
  
      1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
      2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52137, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
