USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce users on V7.0 who installed JR47273 (facet performance apar) PROBLEM ABSTRACT: APAR JR47273 causes delayed response times and timeouts for the facet image and sequence query BUSINESS IMPACT: The cache key used will cause a lot of cache misses, causing longer query response times as the query will have to go to the database. The initial query can take a long time depending on the way the way the customers attribute data is structured. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
The cache key being used before this fix was modified so that it would not have as many cache misses.
