Error description
It is expected that every call to the ProcessOrder service with the 'CalculateExternally' action code should include the AssociatedPromotion elements in the acknowledgement BOD. Currently, only when a new promotion code is included in the request are the associated promotions returned in the response BOD. USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 FEP6 or higher integrating with Sterling Commerce. Problem conclusion
