Problem conclusion
After Installing the JR46828 users can now use <portal-prefix>, <teamworks-webapp-prefix> and <base-url> within 100Custom.xml to override WCCM settings for interoperation with WebSEAL. Refer to the associated readme for information regarding installing this ifix
