Error description
If an exception occurs during the processing of a message, and the Description element is not populated, you will see the following exception in the SystemOut.log file: java.lang.NullPointerException at com.ibm.commerce.foundation.client.facade.bod.AbstractBusinessOb jectDocumentException.<init>(AbstractBusinessObjectDocumentExcep tion.java:118) at com.ibm.commerce.order.facade.client.OrderException.<init>(Order Exception.java:53) at com.ibm.commerce.order.facade.server.external.AbstractExternalOr derFacadeClient.checkAcknowledgeOrder(AbstractExternalOrderFacad eClient.java:184) at com.ibm.commerce.order.facade.server.external.ExternalOrderFacad eClient.processOrder(ExternalOrderFacadeClient.java:233) The Description element is found in the 'ChangeStatus' area of an error response from Commerce.
