Error description
After installing a Data Load APAR and running Data Load on the command line, an APAR fix may not be picked up. The Data Load script still picks up the old code, not the APAR code. This is due to the APAR installation doesn't update all copies of the original JAR file. Some copies of the JAR file is updated and some copies of the JAR file is not updated. The class path in the Data Load script picks up the old copies of the JAR first.
