When opening the Performance Analyzer, getting error message : "An exception has occured in the method parseCDATA() :Input string was not in correct format."

Set Regional setting on the client machine to English to use the correct data format
Problem summary
When opening the DataStage Performance Analyzer, the error message : "An exception has occured in the method parseCDATA() :Input string was not in correct format."
Problem conclusion
This error occured when the DataStage Client is set to a locale with a decimal number format using a comma , character instead of a period . This caused the performance monitor to incorrectly process the numbers from the DSServer tier, which are always formatted with a period .
