specify a size for the varchar field.

Problem conclusion
There is a program error with length handling when "Treat EOL as row terminator" is set. A patch is created to fix the code to handle the undefined length correctly.
Temporary fix
Specify length for the payload column when you use "Treat EOL as row terminator" property.
