**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of Netezza Enterprise stage. **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enhancement request to allow the user to specify the Database name in the stage properties instead of creating different stanzas in ODBC.INI file for each of the databases that he connects to. **************************************************************** RECOMMENDATION: Apply this APAR. ****************************************************************
Problem conclusion
With this change, having a single DSN in ODBC.INI file and changing the Database name in the Netezza EE stage GUI, user should be able to work with all the databases that he has access to.
