Error description
Customer recently aquired parallel licence for IS 8.1 Developers report an error if first action, after logging into DS Client (Parallel Canvas) is: Run time error '5': invalid procedure call or argument Run time error '429': activeX component can't create object The above error doesn't occur if their first action is not to open new parallel routine. Workaround of setting locale to US or UK English fixes the issue but customer does not want to go forward with this workaround.
