Error description
Jobs using ODBC Enterprise stage connecting to dBase which contain a CHAR field in their schema abort with "Message: main_program: Driver doesn't support the datatype. DataType Code = 12" error message, when write is performed with create/replace table functionality.

Provide the user defined create table statement in the ODBC EE stage properties

Problem conclusion
