Error description
You can not create user mapping or use odbc nickname discover in Control Center if the remote data source has no password. For Example, in a scenario using odbc wrapper to connect to mssql datasource, the "OK" button in the nickname discover dialog is disabled if you do not put value in "Password" field.
Local fix
For create user mapping dialog, use the command line to create user mapping without password. For discovery nickname for ODBC datasource dialog, no workaround available.

Problem was first fixed in Version 9.1 FixPak 9 (s100326 ). This fix should be applied on the federation server.
