Error description
During performance testing job aborting with the error: APT_PMListenerPort: socket call failed: Resource temporarily unavailable The number of TCP connections a job creates is proportional to the number of stages in the job and the number of nodes in the config file; PX is very socket intensive. In this case the job failing to create a socket.

This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3

Problem conclusion
The resolution is to set SO_REUSEADDR socket option between the calls to socket and bind.
