Error description
Whenever an admin node is cataloged without assigning a system name to it, it is treated as an admin node for all the databases for which admin node is not cataloged. For example "sample" and "sample2" are two databases cataloged without cataloging admin nodes of them. In this case, if another admin node (TLBA22ME) is cataloged without giving system name to it, Configuration Assistant interprets this admin node as the system for "sample" and "sample2" databases. Hence, changing the system for database would result in changing the database for all the databases.
