Error description
You may receive following error when using Universal JDBC driver version 3.x while connecting to DB2/zOS V8 in Compatibility Mode: SQLCODE: -4700, SQLSTATE: 56038, SQLERRMC: null The JCC driver v3.x incorrectly sets additional cursor attribute "WITH ROWSET POSITIONING", which is causing the SQL-4700 error.
Local fix
Use the Universal JDBC driver version 2.x or set the Universal JDBC driver property useRowsetCursor=false for the JCC driver v3.x.
