Error description
On a Solaris 10 local Zone sometimes a domino server does not startup and the error below is showed up at the console 30/03/2009 20:37:33 Adding server to cluster MAIL07-57 30/03/2009 20:37:33 ERROR INITIALIZING STREAMS DRIVER!!, It might not have not been installed on the system. 30/03/2009 20:37:33 Listener task exited: Failed to create an IOCP port The number of installed servers is more than 1 and each domino server is installed in a separate Local Zone.
Local fix
One customer has discovered that in most cases the error occurs when the cluster port is getting initialized, as a workaround they can do a cluster port stop and then a start port cluster. As a result of that the port is initializing successfully.
