LO38680: CACHESET UTILITY NEEDS DEBUG; DETECTION OF OS LEVEL REQUIRED TO RUN CACHESET CAN BE PROBLEMATIC

APAR status

Error description

• This is a placeholder SPR for changes that will add tracing and
  other debug to
  the cacheset utility as well as to the OS layer where the cache
  is adjusted.
  The changes will also affect how the OS level is determined and
  if the cacheset
  utility is automatically run at OS layer init.
  
  The debug:
   DEBUG_OS_CACHESET=1
  
  To automatically run cacheset at OS layer init, regardless of OS
  level:
   OS_CACHESET_ON=1
  
  This will also add the following to cacheset:
   -d switch to enable debug and tracing
   Logging to a file of the form cacheset_<pid>.log in the
  directory from which
  cacheset is run, where <pid> is that instance of cacheset's
  process ID.
