Error description
When the SMTP connection is lost or times out, due to the caching of the connection, WebSphere will attempt to use the invalid connection and fail to send emails. This problem can show intermittently

USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce users on v7.0 which use SMTP (email) integration PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Intermittent problems when the SMTP connection is lost or times out BUSINESS IMPACT: Intermittent errors in logs while sending emails. Emails are sent once the logic retries. RECOMMENDATION:
