APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • On the Server tab of IBM Workflow Center, when you try to deploy
a snapshot to an offline server the "Install a snapshot to a
server" window opens for a moment but then closes so you can't
deploy the snapshot.

Local fix

  • Switch to Classic Workflow Center on the top right toolbar.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs when there are existing online or offline
servers and Oracle is the database being used.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix that keeps the "Install a snapshot to a server" window
open and returns list of offline and online servers even when
the database is Oracle is planned for inclusion in a future
release of Business Automation Workflow.
