Error description
After you install or uninstall an interim fix and start the deployment manager profile, you see that the com.ibm.ecm.acm.bootstrap.ceuri and com.ibm.ecm.acm.bootstrap.cegatewayserviceuri properties are updated with wrong values in the ACMRestConfig.xml file and that the filenet.pe.bootstrap.ceuri property is updated with wrong value in the P8BPMRESTConfig.xml file.
Local fix
After profile upgrade completes, manually revert to the original values for the com.ibm.ecm.acm.bootstrap.ceuri and com.ibm.ecm.acm.bootstrap.cegatewayserviceuri properties in the ACMRestConfig.xml file and the filenet.pe.bootstrap.ceuri property in the P8BPMRESTConfig.xml file.
Problem summary
This issue occurs because upgrading the profile doesn't complete the ACMRESTConfig.xml and P8BPMRESTConfig.xml with the correct values.
Problem conclusion
A fix that completes the ACMRESTConfig.xml and P8BPMRESTConfig.xml files with the correct values when you upgrade Business Automation Workflow from versions earlier than 19.0.0.2 to 19.0.0.2 will be included in a future release of Business Automation Workflow.
