USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce V9 PROBLEM ABSTRACT: The RESTUtil does not work with non-ASCII characters. BUSINESS IMPACT: The customer who has non-ASCII characters in REST will have an exception in xC server when xC tries to parse the content. RECOMMENDATION:
Problem conclusion
Change the REST client-side content encoding method to make sure all content string are sent in UTF-8.
