Error description
A generated SOAPAction header is added to the outbound SOAP request if no policy set is configured, "Authentication" is set to something different than "None", and the WSDL specifies an empty SOAPAction or no SOAPAction at all. Local fix
Instead of using the option in the web services integration to add HTTP Basic Auth, a policy set can be used for this instead, which does not exhibit this behavior.
