Error description
When you deploy a process app that has a process and a client-side human service (CSHS) to IBM Process Server, and then start an instance of the process so that the task appears in the Work dashboard, you expect to see the process diagram when you select "Open in New Window" on the Work dashboard, expand the task details, and click View Process Diagram. However, the diagram is not displayed and you receive an error similar to the following error: Error: The server responded with an error code 400 when accessing the url. Contact your system administrator. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) IBM BPM Express
Local fix
Problem summary
Named snapshots are available on Process Server only, which means that a CSHS must be invoked with a snapshotId instead of a branchId. When the Work dashboard opens in a new browser window, clicking the View Process Diagram button on a task calls the CSHS, which has a branchId instead of a snapshotId. As a result, the process diagram doesn't appear. Instead, you get the error message.
Problem conclusion
A fix that uses the correct id information when invoking a CSHS will be available in a future release of IBM BPM.
