Error description
After you upgrade to IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) V8.6, IBM Process Portal doesn't display the labels of dashboards or launchable processes or services for some users. PRODUCTS AFFECTED IBM BPM IBM BPM Express
Local fix
A process administrator can go to the Process Admin Console and clear the user attribute setting. After this attribute is cleared and the user logs back into Process Portal, he or she will see the labels.
Problem summary
This issue occurs because the user attribute setting is "Base Text Direction". Possible values for the attribute are Default - do nothing LTR - Left to right RTL - Right to left Default (Contextual) Only "Default - do nothing" works for IBM BPM V8.6. All other choices result in Process Portal not displaying the labels.
Problem conclusion
A fix that correctly displays labels dashboards and launchable processes/services will be available in a future release of IBM BPM.
