Error description
If your environment is configured for multiple stores and sitelevel=true is configured in the wc-server.xml file, shoppers might encounter errors. If a shopper is browsing Store A as a generic user, and then adds an item to a cart in Store cookies become inconsistent because the WC_GENERIC_ACTIVITYDATA cookie is updated with guest user, but the WC_USERACTIVITY cookie is still of generic user.
