How can I configure the autosave mechanism and where will I find the files in IBM Rational Rhapsody?

Answer

There is just the “General:Model:AutoSaveInterval” property that controls the autosave mechanism. You have to set it on project level. The value 0 will disable the autosave.

You will see the files inside your project folder. Please make sure that your project folder is not set to read-only. This might happen if the project is under control of a CM (configuration management) tool. In this case please make sure that all files are checked out correctly.
