Problem
Attempts to use Configuration Management utility from IBM Rational Rhapsody v7.5.1.1 results in a license error "FEATURE name RPCM with version 2010.0314 cannot be found"
Symptom
A license error message pops up on the screen while using the Configuration Management utility in Rhapsody.
Cause
The maintenance expiry date for the RPCM feature in the license file is less than the release date of the Rhapsody v7.5.1.1.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade the license file with maintenance greater than Rhapsody v7.5.1.1 release date.
The upgrade can be done using Rational License Key Center if the renewal keys are available. If not, request your IBM Sales representative for a maintenance renewal agreement. Then use License Key Center to upgrade the license. You can refer to the technote on How to get your Rational license keys for more information on using License Key Center.
